Fish Tacos

With our avid love of seafood, I cannot believe I've never made fish tacos before. Tonight I am going to give them a whirl. I am inspired by the recent August Domino feature and recipe of them, they look too scrumptious not to make. Any pointers, dear foodie readers? (ps. if you are a foodie you've got to check this clip out.)

I saw this article too and made these right away (veggie-style with avocado and black beans instead of fish)...but so easy to feed lots of people and really really good! Love your blog too =).

Fish tacos are a staple in our house. The kids and the husband devour them (and I can be known to polish off a taco or two).

Instead of making quacamole (which is very good), I usually slice the avacados so they fit nicely in the tortilla. I add a lot of lime to sour cream or mexican cream and add that. Trust me, d-lish!
