Happy Friday! It has been a long week with a few tricky days rolled in there, and I am excited that it is the weekend, so I thought I would start it off with an uplifting song from Jem. (Not sure if I entirely love the song... but this post is more for video technique). At first, I had mixed feelings about the way this video was filmed (a little jumpy) until the end when it said how they did it (I won't spoil it). Thoughts?
I didn't really like the video, mainly because it hurt my head and I had to look away! Although I'll give them major props for putting it together... pretty impressive.
oh my gosh, that is so cool! I loved it! It seems like most videos are kind of jumpy and jerky anyway, so that didn't bother me. I figured that was how it was done, but wouldn't have known if you hadn't said anything. I wonder how much time that took?!
wow-that was amazing! thanks for sharing another neat find...really love your world! ps. thanks, Julia for the other link-Sia's 'Breathe Me'-really like the melody...
I thought that's what it was. I won't say anything, not to spoil it. It kinds made me feel dizzy at first..
ReplyDeleteohh~ What is title of song?
ReplyDeleteIt's very cool~~
Well since you're asking for my thoughts... I thought it was obvious how it was made the second it started. and I think the song is boring.
ReplyDeleteThat IS amazing! Love JEM, love the song. Thanks for posting.

ReplyDeletelove jem. think i love her first album more than the second at this point. it might take some listening and warming up to all the songs
ReplyDeleteIt was impressive but I agree with the other comments that it is too hard to look at. Well put-together but not for everyone's taste.
ReplyDeleteI guessed mid-way through how it was made, and I must say, I'm quite impressed! I can't imagine the talent it would have been required to make it.
ReplyDeleteI can't say I really cared for the song at all, but I had no idea that's the way it was created, so props to you that did.

ReplyDeleteOh, I LOVE the song, thank you for sharing it! And I'm in awe as to how it was put together.
ReplyDeletei love jem's album :)
ReplyDeleteThe song is called "It's Amazing".
ReplyDeleteGood song but I found the video a little hard to watch. I ended up just listening to it.
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me a lot of Sia's "Breathe Me" video which I think is a lot easier to watch.
Yah, I think it is hard to watch, and I am not in love with the song. Just thought the technique was cool.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this song. LOVE. It always comes up on a few of my Pandora.com stations...she is so pretty. I don't think I've ever actually seen her photo.
ReplyDeleteHi!
ReplyDeleteI'm not in love with the video, but the song is great; thanks for sharing!
Happy Friday!
Sarah
it's very cool.
ReplyDeleteLove the video. Love your blog!
ReplyDeleteI really didn't mind how jumpy the video looked really. The song's lyrics was really good though.
