"islands in the stream" by feist and the constantines bon iver's cover of feist's "the park" taken by trees covers of "sweet child of mine" and animal collective's "my girls" her version is "my boys" regina spektor's covers of "real love" and radiohead's "no surprises" jem's cover of "maybe i'm amazed" first aid kit's cover of fleet foxes "tiger mountain peasant song" those are just a few of my favorites.
Oh, there's so many: Cassandra Wilson's cover of Tupelo Honey; Sarah Vaughan's cover of Send in the Clowns, Holly Cole's covers of the Tom Waits songbook, Maxwell's cover of This Woman's Work...
I love the original and this cover! So good. A few favorite covers off the top of my head: Iron & Wine's cover of The Postal Service's "Such Great Heights", Red House Painter's cover of The Car's "All Mixed Up" and Jenny Lewis's cover of The Traveling Willbury's "Handle With Care".
