Safari beauty
Inspired by the movie 'Out of Africa, (which after seeing these, I have a sudden desire to watch again) these images in June's Vogue are just down right stunning. I love the baby elephant sans the Louis Vuitton blanket.

Wow--colonialist fantasies in 2007. Can't we seek inspiration in something that doesn't marginalize Africans and relegate them to background "color?"
i really like this and wish i could have this wondrously dangerous safari life.
