Kodomo no kuni
While going through some of my clipping files, I came across these little gems from a vintage Japanese children's periodical called Kodomo no kuni = Children's Land. They used full bleeds and printed vivid and bring colors on great paper especially for back in the 1930s. I am blown away by such great craftsmanship and attention to detail for great children's illustration.

I love the blog and the cool Japanese stuff, but I thought you might want to fix the header on this one to
"kodomo no kuNi"<----notice the N not M
Thanks for looking out for me anonymous. Sometimes I type too fast. I appreciate it.
