If you have ever thumbed through D.I.Y by Ellen Lupton, you will surely like this book, "DIY Kids". It is full of 'design it yourself' ideas suitable for any kid's craft time adventures. Find it at Amazon$10.17.



These crayons are classic and fun, something that you can find at a variety of places at different price points. The ones below are from here and are $15 for 24.

Can you ever go wrong with sock monkey slippers? Something you can probably make if you are super crafty, but for the quick fix and find go here for $15.00

The Muji store makes my heart patter a little faster. They have lots of toy block cities to choose from in the UK store, and this one is probably my favorite. Luckily, you can score a NYC set (seen below) from here /$14.

A Caldecott Award Winner, Gone Wild by David McLimans is something to take notice of. It is on sale at Amazon for $11.53.

Start them young learning different languages with these vibrant bingo cards, $14.95 from here. Fun road trip activity = yes!



I bought these last year for my wee one, and they are a hit! Restoration Hardware brought them back again for the kind price of $12, they also come in a niffy little box.

Most every kid I know, likes to play with cool little figurines. This wooden Farmer's Family looks delightful. Score 'em up at Oompa Toys for $10.49

Pick from a variety of languages, these 'Basic Words' flash cards feature charming illustrations and are an excellent way to teach foreign words, phrases and ABCs. Find them here for $12.



Bath time will be a blast with these silly water squirt animals. What a fantastic way to liven up splishing and splashing. Get them here for $12. There are multiple variety sets to choose from.

I saw a group of little girls (around ages 5-7) playing with these cards Eeboo Lacing cards for hours. They laced them up and down again and again, I think they are a big winner. Land of Nod has them for $14.95

Love this list! The crayons are too cute! I just might have to put in an order. . .love the flash cards and the lace up pages. FUN FUN! I heart presents on Christmas. :)
