Even More Inspiration by Guest Kate Endle

Books, books, and more books. What would we do without our books? I just discovered the store, Paper Source. They have a really wonderfully eclectic mix of books. I discovered the Amy Butler book there and noticed that they're carrying the Paul Klee book, too. Here are of few of my favs from my always growing library:

Amy Butler's Midwest Modern- Gorgeous photos taken by her husband. Very lovely interior shots of their Ohio home. Delightful and very well done!

Rex Ray Art + Design and Rex Ray: The Paper Collages- both of these books are so amazing I just want to vomit all over myself.

Throughout my life I have had art meltdown moments. I had one In July of 1987 when I went to the Paul Klee exhibit at The Cleveland Museum of Art. I had never heard of him and I was smitten. This book is a real treasure. It has clean, simple photos of puppets he made with his son, Felix.

Have we seen and heard enough about Charley Harper yet? Nope. Never. Many many thanks to Todd Oldham (crush!!) for bringing this talented artist to new heights of fame.

Ha! The "vomit all over yourself" moments... that's what we all live for, right? Too funny- and I know exactly what you mean...
