Matt Costa

Have you seen this clever music video by Matt Costa? I love et. It inspires me to want to take a trip to San Francisco. Any suggestions of where to go?... what to do? Thanks for the introduction Angela. (image from Rolling Stone)

Yes, Matt is GREAT! It is sunny wherever he goes! Jacob took me to see Matt along with G. Love last year for my 30th b-day - and it couldn't have been a better way to celebrate! If you can see him live, do it! He hangs with the best buddies ever (G. Love, Jack, Ben...)

Thanks for sharing the fresh new video!

Wow - that sure makes me homesick! But it makes me smile, too. You should definitely go to San Francisco - I can't wait to take my honey there in March to show him where I'm from.

You're welcome! I can't listen to that song without wanting to watch the video at the same time.

I was honestly a little on the fence about Matt. But, when I saw this video I was sold.

so many wonderful things to do in san fran, but the absolute must-do in my mind involves a meringue cupcake at MIETTE.

Yes, Miette is a must - the Ferry Building in general is a must (they have a Ciao Bella). While there also check out Boulette's Larder. Also, Hayes Valley shopping, gingerbread pancakes at Zazie, Musee Mecanique, Lovejoy's Tearoom, Green Apple Books and for Vienna, the Carousel in the park. These are some of my favorite spots (and they can all be googled). Great video! It's new to me and I loved it.

Food: Foreign Cinema (outdoor movies and oysters!)Shopping on Haight street is great as well. Rose and Radish in Hayes Valley is wonderful as well!
