Barn or cottage?
There are days when I cannot decide whether I want to live in a cool re-furbished barn or a quaint charming cottage? Decisions... decisions.

i want to live in a houseboat, or a cottage with a thatched roof that never had problems or leaks.
Sometimes I think I would love a little mexican stucco place with one of those courtyards so you could have light from 2 sides in every room.
barn remodel. That would be so amazing, but VERY expensive to accomplish!
Hmmm, that really is a tough call. I'm not sure I can pick just one, either.
I want a little cottage on the beach somewhere
I saw that barn in the issue of Cottage Living and fell in love. Who knew that a barn could be so enticing?
Oh a houseboat or beach house would be lovely too.
i just returned home from a weekend up in big bear. we stayed at my boyfriend's sister's refurbished A-frame cabin. it's absolutely stunning. it's a small 3 bedroom cabin. the master suite takes up the entire second floor. it's mid-century with a touch of alpine charm and whimsy. i can't wait to go back!
