Muxtape
Have you heard of muxtape? It is a simple, and colorful website that allows you to create and listen to various mp3 play lists. Go ahead... give it a whirl, click on a user name and up pops their play list and each full length song will play (no 30 sec. gimmicks here). This is one of those go with the flow type of sites... if you go looking for a specific song that could be pretty tricky.

Mixwit is easier to use and navigate... Muxtape definitely looks cooler, but I think it's annoying to have to upload every song.
also... if you go to muxfind (i think?), you can search for different artists to listen to.
