Perusing & listening to this week
A Year of Mornings: 3191 Miles Apart : Flipping through this lovely book a friend gave me for my birthday.
Velveteen Rabbit : Picked this up (hardcover style) at a local thrift store. A beautifully illustrated classic.
Santogold : Have you seen this music video of the band Santogold? It made me want to check out more of their tunes. I like this song too.
Paper Route - Are We All Forgotten EP : I got this off itunes this week. It has been playing on repeat, love their sound.
The Art of Simple Food : Checked this out at the library, the title says it all.
One Year to an Organized Life : I'm a fairly organized person, yet would like to learn even more on the subject.

I like Santogold's song too, except I've already heard it quite a bit and I'm starting to avoid it. You know when you hear something on the radio for the 134th time? It is a fun video though!
santogold is on the radio? bummer!
p.s. the whole CD is phenomenal.
kay santogold and the art of simple food are 2 of my top obsessions right now.
and i agree with em, the whole album is great.
I was listening to lights out last night...how funny. I would love to hear what you learn from the organization book. :)
love the paper route guys... there a local favorite!
Alice Waters' is a fave! The Art of Simple Food is my go-to when I'm not sure about some brilliant cooking idea I've had. Excellent choice!
my husband shot the paper route guys a while back. killer stuff. several images from the day are on his site: tecpetaja.com (i think you've given tec some love before... which we really appreciate.)
