Delicious salad we ate the other night... I am going to miss summer salads. Lately I can't get enough avocados and pine nuts. If you are stumped with salad options or want to mix it up a bit, this link is helpful.
For some reason I can't find pine nuts everywhere. I have poured through grocery stores but apparently they don't get shipped out to Regina! Too bad, always wanted to try them. Same with Dragonfruit.
