Sarlat
While staying with Steph we would go into Sarlat a few times a week when they had market days. It was thrilling to be in such a lovely French medieval town with a vibrant market, it was everything and more than I imagined. Cobblestone streets, gorgeous old (fairly untouched) stone buildings above, and delicious produce and other yummy things all around. A pure delight!

I've been loving your blog for a couple of month now! It's fantastic - thanks for all the hard work you put into it. I had to finally post a comment though when I saw you'd visited Sarlat! Isn't it an amazing town? I first went there with my family when I was 18 and immediately fell in love with the charming stone buildings, the gorgeous farmer's market. Good to know it appears to have remained the same. Love your pictures from the trip to France. Spent July in Paris and couldn't get enough.
So beautiful. I really need to go back to France... It kinda reminds me of Saint-Emilion.
The market place is so clean, and everything if fresh! And looking delicious, I wish I could shop on that place on the picture.
I love to shop in a market like this, the fruits and veggies are fresh. From where I come from, our market is so unlike this, well you get the picture right? You’re so lucky to have a market as beautiful as this one.
ooh, Sarlat! Your beautiful photos make me want to be there again now. Such a gorgeous town, did you know has more heritage-listed buildings per square kilometer than any other city in Europe? And then there's all the fun of Cyrano de Bergerac... one of the best places in France. Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your blog. I am new at it, so you and your photos are a real inspiration! Thank you.
Beautiful photos! I, too, love cobblestone streets!
wow...so lovely!
First of all, I love the berries - they inspired me to make some English pudding this morning!
