Let's Colour Project
The video segment below is a very beautiful clip and idea for the "Let's Colour" project. It is a worldwide initiative to transform grey spaces with vibrant color -- a mission to spread color all over the world. Isn't that rad? They've already spread color to Brazil, France, the UK and India.
After work this week, Mac (my husband) has been volunteering and painting houses for the less fortunate, so this idea is especially on our minds the last few days.

coolest idea ever, i love the let's colour project!
Oh wow. I love that color purple in the first photograph. In a cute bedroom it would look good as a crown molding/baseboard color with cream walls!

I also like this add. It is really inspiring and beautiful..! Great work!
That sounds like such a great idea! And great photos. The first photo reminded me of something I noticed on our recent trip to India. We're (very slowly) putting together a trip report, but one of the things I was struck by was how the women would work--and by work I mean dig trenches for example--in beautiful sarees. So fascinating...
Love this - just posted something yesterday about it. The photo galleries are breathtaking. I hope they color America next...I will have my hand on a paintbrush for sure!
