Favors Table
One of my favorite parts of planning a party is coming up with a favor that will be a little present to your guests and not something they’ll just trash. For a backyard harvest party that I recently threw, I sewed up some tote bags created from dish towels (I told guests not to look too closely at the stitching) and then filled the table with some fresh takeaways: monster cookies, baguettes, strawberries and flowers. Overall a simple concept but appreciated and not ignored. At least that’s what my guests made me believe.

Favors are one of my favorite parts of party planning too :)
Gorgeous and I love the thought that went in to these. Fab idea and thanks for sharing.
Fantastic idea! I love that the guests would feel like they're shopping.
Wow these favors look amazing, what a hostess! Where do you get the gorgeous little strawberry punnets, you can't get anything like them here in the UK? I love them and would even consider asking my friend in the States to get me some and bring them home with her next month.I love all the gorgeous details of your soiree, yours must be be the party to go to!
That is such a great idea. I love it. Beautiful!
Fantastic! I love a good favor especially one that doesn't just get thrown in a drawer or thrown away.
The link to Cathie doesn't work. Can you please relink? Thanks.
I couldn't imagine a better favor.. combining some of life's favorite things. Beautiful font on the sign as well.
I love this! What a great favor table, and totes out of dishtowels..fantastic! Can't wait to share with my readers {www.rivernorthlove.blogspot.com}. Thanks!

what a great idea, such a nice way to receive guests.
You are so hired!!
What a fantastic idea! I would love to walk away from a party with a fresh baguette and berries. Yum!
super... it takes the favor from being some lame obligation to something thoughtful, useful and really something that reminds people of the event! (PS: here in the States you get those little buckets at the grocer, depending on which shop you're buying from, unless these were specially bought?)
The little strawberry baskets are from this online shop: http://www.thinkgarnish.com/store/shop/?
Oooh! What a wonderful idea--just love. :) How creative. I would totally snatch one of those baguette's!
