This creative PSA and installation in Paris has to be one of the most ingenious ways to get a message across I've seen in quite a while. I was surprised to see the final answer -- were you? What a difficult world problem to conquer.

This is amazing, I love how they used water as a support... All along I thought it was tobacco/cigarettes... very powerful
