Kids Backpacks
Our oldest daughter starts 1st grade next week - eek! School starts insanely early here, I can hardly believe it. Does anyone else start this early? We are scurrying around this week getting last minute stuff and soaking in the last few moments of school-free Summer. Last year for Kindergarten, backpacks were a no-no to save on space and perhaps crazy strain on their little tiny backs, but this year they are game on (probably coupled with a bit more homework). I've looked around for kids' backpacks and here are our finalists. What's your favorite? I want one too now.

Hello! Here in the Netherlands, kids start to go to the elementary school when they turn 4 years old. I was thinking just to buy Kanken mini navy blue or red for my boy who just turned 4! But Herschel backpack would be also great. hmmm.
I love #4, but it all depends on your little girl and the coat she will be wearing come winter. :)
I totally just bought backpack #5 for my son. Our school starts on Monday. That's crazy stuff right there! 8/6? bye bye summer vaca! LUV the tunes on your blog!
I have #4! Has held up great. Got it from a tiny store before Poketo sourced and relabeled ;)

Im not in school anymore but I always get excited to see school supplies when they come out! If you have a sec, I'd love to hear your thoughts on my latest posts and don't forget to enter my giveaway!

I love #4 but I also just got a Hershel and its amazing....oh and I'm in college by the way :)
Oooh, they're all great, but the last three are really cool - I want them all :D !
Next week? The temperatures here are around 42°C (108°F) and even adults are hiding in houses!
I can't imagine what it would be like if kids started school next week around here, too.
Thanks for posting these lovely backpacks. They look cool! As children are busy going back to school, mothers would love to get one for their children.
