Elisabeth Lecourt

Aren't these map made dresses, entitled "Les Robes Geographiques" by Elisabeth Lecourt incredible? She states they started as a series of sketches that she later conceptualized into a "rubbing of the body and soul", a way to represent the wearer's habitat and identity. I am glad to see Elisabeth's work popping up all over the place, so much so that I cannot recall where I originally first saw it. Thank you Elisabeth for creating such thought provoking pieces, and sharing with us your talents. Below is some more of her lovely work.
