Kitchen Organization Inspiration

This weekend we put in lots of much needed shelves throughout our living space. In the laundry room, garage, and closets (Thanks Mac and my Dad for all the hard work). Every season, I get the itch to organize our space and this time it is really major. What about you? How often do you organize and pass on things you don't need and use?
