Dr. Doolittle

My daughter and I started to watch Dr. Doolittle the other day and I really liked the opening animal credits. Aren't they cute?

You're right! Those would actually make really striking prints for a kid's room...or any room really.

I agree- I could totally see them in a kid's room also. Man, you find inspiration everywhere!

I have such a crush on Anthony Newley in this movie. Especially when he sings "Beautiful Things". And I wish I could live in a giant pink shell with gauzy curtains. Sigh.

I'm in love! I'm an ex-graphic designer and I've never designed anything as lovely as these. Thanks for sharing these! :D

Don Record was the title designer for this film. You can see the impressive list of films he did the title design for on IMDB.

I know this is an ancient post but for posterity ... thanks for the screen grabs. The artist, title designer Don Record, was my dad. He died way too young, in 1980. This is perhaps my favorite of his creations.
