Today I'm inspired by Moerenuma Park in Sapporo, Japan designed by Isamu Noguchi. The entire park is considered to be a sculpture! What a fun place this would be to have a picnic and take the kids. Look at the variety of facilities here. Have any of you readers been for a visit?

I love it as a sculpture and the fact that they actually built it - but i'm afraid it doesn't 'say' fun to me. My children would probably happily play on it though and prove me wrong!

We have one of his playgrounds in Atlanta! It has been given a recent facelift. Really fun to play on and look at! It is at Piedmont Park for anyone who lives in the area.

I love this place! My husband is from Sapporo and his lovely family took us there for the afternoon. There is a great exhibition space under the pyramid. I wish I had taken a bicycle as it's quite large and I seem to recall people cycling about.
