Let's Make Some Great Art

I've been a big fan of the work of illustrator/designer Marion Deuchars for quite a while, so when I came across news of her fantastic new activity book Let's Make Some Great Art which assists kid's (or adults) to have fun with art I was jazzed. The website is brilliant too, check it out here.

Has anyone seen it in person? This is right up my daughter's alley!

This is such a great resource for doing fun activities with kids. Their finished art would be great gifts. SO passing this along to all my friends with kiddos!

wow. i love books that ignite a kid's creativity. to be honest, my friend (also 25) and i always scan kid stores for books like this, initially to go shopping for my nephews and niece. really we want to purchase these books for ourselves! it's hard to keep your brain sharp after college. one book we found asked you to complete the picture. for example, you were given an ice cream cone, and the activity was to draw the ice cream on top. sky's the limit!
