I am going to Seattle this weekend, and although I lived there for quite a while, it is always great to get more 'real people' local and travel perspectives. Any hip places you have enjoyed, that are must sees and dos?

i'm basically excited.
um, cupcake royale in west seattle, madrona, or ballard (i like ballard because there's so many cute boutiques and it's an excuse to go to archie mcphee as well).
i'm dying to hit up remedy teas on capitoil hill.
and i'm going at the end of august and already have a long list of stuff to get from uwajimaya.
Deception Pass is a drive north but amaza-zing. And Snoqualmie falls in Issaquah is really a short drive and quite a spectacle.
Oh I'm jealous - even though I was just there last month!
