I am going to start regularly sharing another love of mine, well designed and illustrated children's books. Here are some of the inside pages of the 1959 edition of "Do You See What I See" written and illustrated by Helen Borten. I picked it up this week, and I think it is the best $0.25 I've ever spent. I also have an affinity for great children's book illustrations. Martin Salisbury put together an amazing collection of children's book illustrations entitled "Play Pen."
Oh I have just found her other book, Where Does Your Garden Grow, for half a dollar too last week!
And I'm so so impressed with her style and color mixes! Yay for Helen Borten!
