I love the simplicity of the text... and it's calming words. Especially since I am stressing out about graduating from grad school in a few months with a degree in museum exhibition design and very little job prospects. It would be a great reminder to hang on my walls of my barren apt (lived in for almost 2 years and no money to put anything great up... that's the whole thing about being a poor grad student) and know that if I keep carrying on, it will eventually happen.

Plus I saw this in my internship supervisor's office and have wanted it ever since!

How perfectly lovely! I've seen the "Keep Calm and Carry On" print a few other places, and I think it's wonderful. What color is the giveaway print? I like the one in brown with a cream crown & lettering best myself, but all of them are deliciously beautiful.

Reading this just put my whole day into perspective. I am struggling at a company who's CEO has ditched her company with no reason as to why, payroll is 10 days late... and my power just came back on after 5 hours of freezing my toosh off. Seeing this reminded me that each day is what I make of it and that I can't controls those around me, but I can control myself. Thanks for the cheery blog that makes me smile whenever I read it.
